The wet season runs from June to October when temperatures are slightly higher and humidity is higher as well. During this time, the country receives most of its rainfall, often accompanied by thunderstorms. The dry season, which runs from November to May, brings cooler temperatures with a little less humidity. The hottest months are usually March and April when temperatures can reach up to 36°C (97°F).
